big apocalypse game need advice

hi all,
playing a big game with six armies, 3 vs 3
im playing my wolves, with my friends tau and grey knights against chaos marines, demons and traitor guard
never played tau or gk before, any advice would be helpful.

you are going to be the rook of your force.

The Grey Knights excel at CC: Str 6, WS5, everyone has at least 2 attacks. Hard to shoot, unless up close. Lots of anti-chaos/daemon stuff.

Tau excel at shooting: Basic infantry Rifle is 30" Str5. They have some of the best Anti-Tank weapons: Railguns 72" Str10 AP1.

Basically, you'll fill in the gaps.
