I've always loved the description of Angron attacking Armageddon with 100 Bloodthirsters. It's such a great image... So I'd like to do an army that's a slice of this invasion force. The plan is for this to mainly be a project painting and converting some BIG khornate dudes. So I'm going to have a standard Bloodthirster, the FW Bloodthirster, a converted Balrog, a plastic Daemon Prince, and various other big bads. Lots of red!
I'd ideally like to include the old skinny daemonprinces as Bloodcrushers (along with converted ogres, rat ogres, etc). So some Bloodcrushers would be a good addition.
So can anyone suggest a force? 2 Bloodthirsters (that's 500 - 600 pts), 3 Daemon Princes (240 - 600 pts), some Bloodcrushers (40 each) and then Bloodletters (16 each).
What's the best balance do you think?
