Thoughts here, DC go om nom nom against anything in sight, Scouts hold objectives, Speeders go after armor, transports, skimmer/flyers, Vindis go after Land Raiders/other tough nuts.

DC seems to be a good value minus their lack of an ability to hold objs.

hmmm. Your points are off. You forgot the Rhinos! 2070 is your total.

Well, I do think that Astorath should be in a squad, whether it is a DC or not is up to you. But Since he has a Jump Pack, it seems logical to put him with a Jump Pack Unit.

With that in mind, I think dropping one Death Company Squad and taking a Jump Pack Assault Marine Squad is worth the trade. You'll still have a lot of Death Company. Also, it might be worth while dropping a second Death Company and picking up a Chaplain on foot (Elites) and placing them in the DC squads for all the re-rollz.
