I'd drop the Vanquisher and unsquadron the regular Russes. Squadron rules are HORRIBLE.

Might want to look at some close in anti tank units such as melta vets, or company commands with multiple melta...

Special weapon squads...meh...BS3, LD7 and small unit sizes really hinders them. Might want to take them out, and concentrate the pts in something like a Vendetta, Banewolf, etc....

No offense but this list is really, really, really bad ><
Its also slightly illegal.
You need 3 special weapons per Special weapon Squad. So 1 sniper rifle 1 flamer won't cut it.
Second your at 1570 points:

Now looking at what your trying to do, try this list:

CCS: (70)
w/ Regimental Standard, Vox Caster (dropped the medi pack its useless for this build)

3 Platoons as followed: (285 each)

PCS: w/ 3x flamers, Vox Caster
3 Infantry Squads with missile launcher (one squad with a vox caster and commissar)
Blob squad the 3 squads together for leadership 9 stubborn. If your reduced to allicating wounds to the vox caster then having 1 or 3 isn't going to matter at that point. So one vox caster will be fine and free up points.

1 Hellhound w/HHF (great choice if your not going for vendettas/Valkyries) 130
