Since someone else inquired in another thread I'm posting it here.
HQ:
Marshal

Essentially the Las/Plas squads and their transports are objective sitters and while they're sitting stationary they work to crack open transports from across the board along with the Predators. For harder targets, like Land Raiders, I rely on getting up close with Meltaguns or tearing them open with the claw on the dreadnought.
The dread tends to play mid field since he's slow. I used to drop pod him in but ran out of points on this list. Still, it tends to work out as I find he does a good job providing support for the las plas squads for when something big comes for them. He sticks close and when something comes after them he charges it and kills or at least tar pits it.
And naturally my HQ's attached to squads and the Terminators are there to go forth and kill. I find the HQ's do a great job of dealing lots of power weapon wounds at high initiative and really up the killing power of the Rhino based squads. And then terminators...well, they're terminators with preferred enemy and furious charge.
