I'm trying to build a competitive DE list and would like some feedback to refine the thing before I go out and drop a bunch of cash on new models. This is what I have so far.

I've done a bit of proxy play-testing against a mechanized guard list and this is the version of the list I've had the most success with. Against mech guard with an astropath, alpha strike is fairly difficult. The idea is if I have to reserve on, the scourges deep strike and start locking down Vendetta fire support asap while the rest of the list goes to work.
Wyches kill stuff with the pain tokens granted by the Haemonculi. The Haemonculi stay in their transports and liquefy stuff as do the wracks unless there's a more opportune use for them in CC somewhere. Whatever troops are still mobile by mid game then work their way to cap objectives. The trueborn, venoms and ravagers don't need to be explained. They shoot stuff.
The shattershard is an interesting weapon and as I read the rules it can be used to kill invuln reliant units and to snipe individual models in a unit since its effect is per model and not per unit.
