If this has been posted before or is in some FAQ somewhere I apologize for asking, but it came up in a discussion with a co-worker today. What happens if a Fourtuned unit is the target of Null Zone (or Void or whatever the power is called for Space Marine Librarians)? One allows rerolls of failed invuln saves, one forces rerolls of successful ones. I think our mutual conclusion was that they cancel each other out, but I wanted to see if that was an overall accepted method of dealing with it.

I would concur with your assessment. When Shadow in the Warp first came out for Tyranids the conclusion was that it cancelled out Runes of Witnessing and the Farseer had to pass an unmodified psychic test on 2D6.

Seems like the same situation only with armour.

I agree that they should cancel each other out.

yep, basically every dice in the "first" roll is rerolled so you just skip it.

Standing with the first roll is by far the best way of doing it. The other way would be to roll all dice, then pick em all up and roll them all again, which is unnecessary to say the least:p
