With all the plasma, I almost feel like you are playing a Dark Angels force.
You might have some trouble with lots of tanks/transports. You could probably make the Dread a twin-Lascannon or twin-autocannon. The devastators will be quite helpful.

Fun looking list.

unless you anticipate your dev squad being a fire magnet, i'd drop it to five guys since only four of them can take heavy weapons anyway. that should free up 80 points for something else, like turning the snipers into another tac squad

Put a pair of storm shields on the biker command squad. They are potentially you're game winning unit right now, and your enemy is defenately going to try and put his assault specialists on that squad. Feel No Pain is awesome till they through the TH & SS terminators at you.

You will not be impressed by the plasma cannon. AP2 sounds great, but you will be hitting 1 or 2 models most of the time. Go with an assault cannon. Add extra armor to the dread as well. When you can force re-rolls, 1/3 of the results will be made meaningless.

Though they are a cool looking model I have never been impressed with the effectiveness of the thunderfire cannon. Play it because its cool but if you want a little more competitive army drop it and go for something else.

I would get a Rhino for the tac squad. Actually buy the Razorback kit so you can do either. this will add tactical flexibility to your tac squad.

Also I would probably drop the powerfist on the capt and give him a relic blade to take advantage of his higher initiative.

I also would try to fit more close combat killy stuff in the commnd squad, one powerfist is not enough.

I also think the plasma cannon would be a disappointment AC or MM is more useful

Overall this list is actually a good start. Good Luck
