I'm surprised no one has commented on this topic yet.

Turns out Wargames Factory has under gone a hostile take over by there Chinese backer/supplier Ghost Studio, and a Lonnie Mullins (Ex-GW they hired).

This was the open letter put out by Tony on the topic.

This was the new management's reply.

Bassicly many of the issues of not getting shipments out (as claimed by Tony and members of the community) were due to there Chinese partners ghost studios making mistakes such as shipping too much, too little, shipping late, ect. As of last August Tony was no longer in control of the company. Now Tony has lost his management position and it has been given to Lonnie.

Many of the member's of the wargames factory forum is calling for a boybott.

All in all it seems Wargames factory is in quite abit of a mess.

Ironically Bastion Studios who also is supplied/backed by Ghost Studios has gone threw troubles of there own.

I have no clue if the two things are related, but sounds like bad mojo to me if I ever heard it.

When I looked into it I was not really able to find out much more.

Could not even find out much about this Ghost Studio pass that there are a toy manufacturer in china that specializes in injection molding.

If you do find out anything, I look foreword to hearing about it.

Shame. They did some nice stuff and anything that hurts the spread of plastic historicals is very bad for the hobby.
