Eldar Runes

What are Eldar runes, like what language? I'd like to be able to look up what things are in the runes.

...the eldar written language is similiarly complex, each symbol is not a simple letter form, but a symbol of a concept...

It doesnt look like anytihng particularly based on real life, just some random runes and such
