40K Tactics: An Already Overlooked Codex and the Mistress

I am going to talk about the new Dark Eldar codex. Grey Knights are right around the bend and we seem to have already forgotten about the last codex release. Remember how often people on the internet would constantly bring up that it was the oldest codex EVER and had the MOST ugly models ?? I think I saw people post comments like that over on Dakka Dakka at least several times a day prior to the new release.
