Has anybody seen these, made by Old Crow I believe? Just afterr seeing if they may be of a size for 40k substitutes.

I think the models themselves are 25mm, not scalable per 40k.

I'm thinking more "Ogre" or "Battletech" type scales.

Bulk up the bases or something and it would likely work for 40k...

Its more the tank turrets I like the look of.

The tanks are an inch and a half longer than a chimera and about the same width.
Heightwise, they are not out of scale with 40k figures, but the weapons look toylike compared to them.
Turrets are around the 40mm diameter size on the panzers.

I've got a couple of them (longtime fan of the slammers). I'd use them in 40k if my local club weren't GW model fascists.

Otherwise, they are fine in other SF games I've used them in (Stargrunt) and will do fine in Tomorrow's War.

Chromedog is correct. The tanks are 25mm scale, not Battletech 6mm scale. They offer 3 scales of models. 6mm - Battletech and modern micro armour games, 15mm - for games like Flames of War, and 25mm which can be used for both Warhammer 40K and any of the modern or WW II Games like Rules of Engagement. They usually offer 3 variants of each tank/ vehicle type - hover, Wheeled and tracked. All are of fine detail and the prices are quite reasonable.
