German Artillery and odds and sods

Help!! Got myself some German artillery and having a quick look throu the rules I was unable to find any rules for Field Radios And Radio Truck, do they give any advantages. Can anyone help please?

There are none... Observers and Company Commanders call in to the Battery and the Radio Trucks are the transports for the Artillery Staff team. Its in the HRB.
