Battleground Games & Hobbies (http://www.battlegroundgames.com/) proudly presents our 4th Annual Apocalypse Megabattle (http://www.battlegroundgames.com/forum/index.php?topic=2366.0) taking place on June 4th, 2011.
Well guys, the time is upon us once again. In approximately two months Battleground Games & Hobbies 4th annual Apocalypse Megabattle will be rocking and rolling through the south shore of Massachusetts. This year we are looking to get a total of 60 players to field 4000 points a piece, making the event one of the largest Apocalypse Megabattles in the country.
This is the first year we have opened the event up to other clubs / stores / communities and we really look forward to the opportunity to introduce interested players to our group!
Our intent with the Megabattle is to showcase the hobby, the game, have a ton of fun blowing everything up, and get the community in the area together, laughing, smiling, and making new friends. Our Megabattle is not really a competitive event, although a few people seem to bring their "A game".
