RT armour penalties

For those of you who also play Rogue Trader, I was wondering: does the Mesh Armour Guardians get in the Eldar List have a -1/2" penalty like in the rulebook, or did they do away with the armour movement penalties?

I think they did away but I am not certain. Try googling or looking around any website that covers them. In the end make your list prepared for it being either way if no one can confirm this.
