Are lore attributes tied to the caster or the spell?

What I mean is, do I get extra power dice because I'm an Amethyst Wizard or because I am casting a Death spell? Do bound spells from a given Lore have the Lore attribute or no? Can wizards that choose spells from multiple lists take advantage of the various Lore Attributes? Or is it because I specialize in a Lore that I can use its deeper mysteries?

The only lores this would apply to are life, shadow and death. Life is clear that it can be any friendly model within 12", shadow states clearly that it affects the casting wizard and death just adds one die to the pool, so it can be used by any wizard still eligible to cast. All the others affect the damage done to the target of the spell.
As for bound spells, I guess that they would confer any bonus, but with limits. For example a shadow bound spell lore attribute could only be used if the character was a wizard. As for wizards with more than one lore, the rulebook is clear that lore attrributes only affect spells from the same lore.
