I posted this up as my "quick fire army list" entry for HoP Idol, and wondered what you all thought of it.

Battle Wizard LV1 – Master of BEASTS

Battle Wizard LV1 – Master of LIGHT, Dispel Scroll

Spearmen x 40, Sergeant, Standard Bearer, Musician

Every magical lore, and an accompanying unit for each Wizard. Each Accompanying unit reflecting the wizard that brought it (eg The Heaven Wizard brought a Mortar)
Featuring war machines, fast and heavy cavalry, a horde of spearmen, scouting archers, it has it all.

*This army is about having all 8 lores, not about which order they are in. You want your LV4s to be Life and Death instead? Go for it!! Think Light magic should be LV2 instead? It’s still a “Wizard War” army as long as there are 8 wizards.*

Now imagine this army playing Storm of Magic….mmmm…

It would need wise tactics, as you can’t predict which spells you will be working with, and I would not recommend it for a tournament unless you were particularly bold/foolish/awesome.
But I’m sure you can imagine just how much fun could be had with this list :D
