View Full Version : Death or Glory attack with a Deff Roller

Need help. Bit of a Noob with the new rules for 40k. I don't understand the rules for using a Deff Roller in a Death Or Glory attack. The Ork codex, page 55 states "If the unit elects to make a Death or Glory attack, it takes a further D6 Strength 10 hits in addition to the usual effects." The rule says "it takes." What takes the extra D6 in damage... the battle fortress or the target?

The target, as the target is the unit electing Death or Glory.

A unit that tries to stop a Rolla-Shock takes 2d6 Str:10 hits; regardless of the outcome of DoG.
