Necrons 1000 pts

I'm planning for a small tournament. Feedback for this list would be great. I want to know how your armies would match up against mine. What would be difficult for you, what you would target.

Overlord Phaeron w/ warscythe and MSS
Lord w/ warscythe, MSS, and res orb
x8 Warriors, joined by lord and Overlord
Ghost ark w/ x5 warriors and harbringer of Destruction
Ghost ark w/ x5 warriors and harbringer of Destruction
Triarch Stalker
Annihilation Barge w/ Tesla cannon

Looks interesting. Why both the Overlord and Lord with the blob of 8 warriors? Are you planning to put a Solar Pulse on either Destro Cryptek?

My likely first targets would be the Stalker and the Anni Barge. The Stalker due to it's target lock ability, and the barge for its general destructiveness.

Points-wise it looks good at 999 (if my math is right), which is probably why there's no Solar Pulse?

What sort of general tactics are you planning? Warrior blob sticking by one of the Ghost Arks for cover/reanimation, and each Ark splitting off for different objectives? Anni barge for troop/vehicle killing and the Stalker for making everything else nasty?
