1750 point Necron Army

hey guys, right below is my 1750 Necron List that i am currently working on. I am rather happy with it as a list overall, i just feel it is lacking something- and that is where the problem is. I cannot figure it out. I have a feeling am missing something and would appreciate it if anybody with the time would help me improve the list.

you can probably tell, but the plan was to put one cryptek into the immortals and another into the warrior unit in nightscythe.

Anybody got any ideas?

the list looks entertaining to me.

Although, I like Tomb Blades with the Particle Beams. That blast weapon is awesome. Zip 12" zzzap! If you can bump them to 4 with BS5, they are like a very accurate, highly mobile thunderfire cannon.

I like the list. I thought it looked a bit small, until I saw the 3 transports, and the doom scythe. Wow, let me know how that goes!

As for the tomb blades, I prefer the Tesla. I have absolutely 0 luck with the blast templates for the particle casters.

If you up the BS to 5, the small blasts pretty much never miss. ~33% of the time, you hit. ~33% of the time, the scatter is less than the BS. ~10-20% of the time, the scatter is small enough to still hit the target.

I am more sticking with gauss where i can to strip Hull Points from vehicles that i may come up against. i am intrigued as to how all the flyers will function in 6th, im hoping my inclusion of them wasn't one simply out of desperate hope for good rules!

you can be hit on a 6 unless they have AA. That's pretty good in itself.

well in that case i am glad for the 2 nightscythes and the doomscythe, they should be able to do some good for the army! will be very interested to see if the scarab farm is as effective in the new edition too!
