Trade the brotherhood banner for a psycannon. Brotherhood Banners are good but a psycannon will go a long way of helping you out more. Also you can get a hammer, which is way more useful then a banner since the hammer is AP 2.

You might think I have enough psycannons with the Purgation Squad and the dreadknight but more is always better. A psycannon can really soften up a squad before you run into them and since you have two points to spare, master craft them to make them more deadly.
