Long shot....

Does anyone have a copy of the Outlanders supplement/pdf version?

I've been told theres rules for Eldar Rangers in there and I cna't find it anywhere on the interwebs

The Eldar scouts mentioned in Outlanders were not a playable faction/gang. They were an entry in the Alien bestiary for use in things like Arbitrator Scenario's etc. Not that you couldn't come up with rules for a scout group as a playable faction.

There was a n Eldar force in the Gang War Magazine/Journal but they were never updated for 2nd ed.
