right i what to start a Choas space marine list as i been thinging about it and got hold of the codex execpte when i used my brothers space marines as choas my freinds space wolf's owned them 2 kill ponit to total anlation
so yeah here it is :
chaos lord 90 + term armour 30 + mark of tzeentch 15 + icon 5 + deamon
weapon 25 = 165
5 chaos term 150 + mark of tzeetch 35 + cham 10 + 3 pairs claws 30 + heavy
flamer 5 = 230
10 plague marines 230 + 2 plasma guns 30 =270
3 obliterator 225
chaos vindicator 125
10 plague marines 230 + 2 plasma guns 30 =270
5 havos 75 + mark of nurgle 50 + lascannon 35 + missle ;aucher 20 +
2 plasma guns 30 + icon 5 = 215

Lords kinda suck, Tzeentch Daemon weapons too. Shooting attacks on a choppy dude? How about a Sorc w/ Warp Time and Breath?

Termies could use something better than S4. A pair of powerfists or chainfists would help significantly if you go up against any big meanies. Walking is suicide, DS-ing is better for small suicide melta units.

Plaguies need Rhinos and meltas, powerfists wouldn't hurt either.

Oblits are cool, as are Vindies. Havocs are a mess though. Too many different weapons, too expensive upgrades. Just get more Oblits.

At 1500, something like this might serve you better:
Sorc Lord of Tzeentch
Termies + Land Raider
2x 7 Plagueys w/ meltas in Rhinos
3x2 Oblits

Good blasty firepower, reasonably effective choppy units with some tough armor to go with it. Some extra scoring units (Lesser Daemons and more Plague Marines) would be nice.
