That's right folks I have not forgotten this project.
This set of rules needed twice as much play testing as the last one due to how big the changes are to the way the CSM play under this list.
I'm not saying this is table ready, but I've fiddled the balancing back and forwards for quite a while.
I'm fairly sure it's not broken, but there is a serious capacity to hero-hammer your army. You can get a "Iron Warsmith" (you'll have to read to find out what that is, but trust me it's cool) up around the 450-500pts mark which is a truely epic hero.
The focus of the army really isn't doing this though, and you'll see that it can and will change the flavor of a game.
