Hey Everyone,

Here is the information for the November Warhammer 40k Tournament in Erie, PA.

Where: Game Corps (2920 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510)
When: November 16th, 2013
Time: Registration at Noon, Round #1 to begin at 1:00pm
Cost: $10 player entry

Frankenstein Style 40k Tournament
General Information:
• The Warhammer 40,000 6th Edition rules will be used.
• 1 Force Organization Chart.
• Forgeworld will not be allowed.
• All players must have the following to participate:
- Army List
- Rulebook
- Codex(s) and/or Supplements
- Any additional rules and/or FAQ’s

Army Lists:
• Each player will have a 1,500pt army list.
• Primary Army: Players must take 1 HQ and 1 Troop Choice from that codex.
• Allied Detachments: Players may take units from any number of codex(s) and/or supplements of their choice.
o All lists still must still be in accordance with the standard Force Organization Chart.
o All unit choices are at a 0-2 restriction.
• All units from different books will be treated as “Battle Brothers.”
• Players may take 1 Fortification.

General Rules:

• All players must have their army list with them. All army lists will be checked by the Tournament Organizer by the end of round #1.

• If any illegal units and/or rules violations are found in a player’s list, at the minimum, the models and/or units in violation will be removed from all subsequent play. Also, tournament points may be deducted and/or the player may be removed from the tournament. If a player is found to have models and/or units in violation & they are removed, all of their opponents throughout the tournament will be credited with Victory Points for the unit(s).

• Cheating will not be tolerated. Cheating affects the quality of the experience for all of the players & creates a significant disruption for everyone involved in the tournament. Proof of cheating will lead to forfeiture from the tournament without refund and possible ban from future events.

• Please make sure that all models in your army are easily identifiable to your opponent. Counts as models may be used, but your opponent must be made aware as to what the unit is.

• Power Weapons – In any case where a model is armed with one or more Power Weapons, you must model the weapon to the appropriate type (sword, axe, maul, lance, etc…). Also, in your army list, it must be noted what Power Weapon type the model is equipped with.

• Quitting will not be tolerated. Quitting affects the quality of experience for all of the players & creates a significant disruption for everyone involved in the tournament. If a player decides to leave/quit a tournament early for any illegitimate reason, no refund will be proved and that player will not be allowed to participate in the following month’s tournament.

Fortifications:

• All of the Fortifications listed in the Warhammer 6th Edition Rulebook are allowed.

• The regular terrain on the tables is fixed in position at the start of the tournament. Fortifications placed on the table may not be within 3” of another piece of terrain. If you are unable to place your Fortification in such a fashion, it may not be deployed for that game.

• If you are running any Fortification in your army, you must have the actual Fortification model or an acceptable WYSIWYG conversion of the Fortification that is the same dimensions as the model it is representing. Also any conversions must be approved by the Tournament organizer prior to the event.
