1500 Mechanized IG

So my 2000 point list is all set and revised, so now I thought I'd put together a 1500 point list for smaller-scale games.

HQ- 165 *EDIT* 145:

I've got 5 *EDIT* 30 points left over, as you can see. I was wondering if I really needed meltaguns in every squad, as I think I'm lacking in the anti-GEQ/horde department.

Looks fine, if hordes concern you, give every tank a hull heavy flamer and drop a Russ for a Hellhound.

That sounds good. I recieved a suggestion on another forum to use the spare 30 points to give the last vet squad plasma guns instead of meltaguns and an autocannon or heavy stubber on the Chimera.
In addition, I could replace the LMBTs with two Demolishers, leaving points for a squad of three scout sentinels with autocannons.

Sounds really similar to the kind of lists I'm think of rolling with. Even the HQ and the like is similar!

If you're scared of hordes, you could just stright swap out a Vendetta for a Valk with rocket pods. Looks like you have a bundle of anti-tank anyway, and especially so if you work some demolishers into your list.In any case, three nice big pie plates courtesy of the Leman Russ tanks will make a lot of hordes melt away, I'm sure.

Here's another version of my list. I have less vets, but a platoon to better hold objectives, as well as two hellhounds for anti-horde support. I might replace one with a LMBT, though:
