It's an interesting list, very reliant on your big heavy tanks.

I can't think of anything to change beyond swapping your Dread's weapons for 2 TLACs to give you some more long range firepower to nail light armor.

Stick one unit of Tacs in a Land Raider and you should be golden.

At strength 7,is it really worth it? I mean its 4 shots in total which are twin linked, but i thought that an assault cannon was the best thing since sliced bread due to 4 shots which can nail LRs on a 6,furthermore you add the ML so you got 5 shots, dunno i have no experiences in either TLACS or ACs.Please advise accordingly.....

S7 is great for nailing light armor, AV12 and below generally. ACs have an outside chance at popping AV14, but the odds are not in your favor.

Kwik maffs, 4 TL S7 shots vs AC
AV10: .59 destroyed vs .3
AV11: .4 vs .15
AV12: .2 vs .15
AV13: 0 vs .01
AV14: 0 vs .05

The TLACs are more effective against lighter armor overall. While the AC can destroy AV13 and up, it is not very reliable considering you have to roll to hit, roll a 6 then roll 2 or 3 on a D3 then get a destroyed result. Meltas do better to pop AV14 by far.

Then you factor in that TLACs have twice the range.

I not to fond of the list. Yes you will be able to be in their face right off the bat. Yes your firepower is formible. But honestly 10 tac marines. In 2/3 missions all your oppenent has to to do to ensure a draw(unless wiped is blow up 2 11 A boxes and shoot some AP 3- at the guys inside. 1 battle cannon will do it easaly. I would recomend at least 15+ marines in a list over 1000 points

You can tuck 5 marines in the Land Raider, or hold them in reserve. A big AV14 box is hard to pop at 1250. It's a gamble, but considering how much dakka it brings to the table, it may well pay off.

If we re talking, which aint the case in regards to Dreds ofcourse but bear with me, with the assumption that both are twin linked, how do the math work then? My thoughts are going to the razorback and my choice of assault cannons over lass, but feel free to include the autocannon in the math :)

Btw Chumb thanks for everything,ya ve been a doll

I thought we were talking about Dreads, if it's the Razors then the TLACs still perform better against AV12 and below (S7 vs S6, same number of shots) but your chances are better against AV13 and up, .13 and .066 for AV13 and 14 respectively.
