Fire Prism, Shuriken Cannon, Spirit Stones (135)

TOTAL: 1500

All I have to say is 9 vehicles, 1500 points.

But, really, this recent influx of Eldar posts has inspired me to dust off my Eldar. They're in a box, somewhere, in my apartment. . .
My biggest concern is AT firepower. It seems lacking to me, however, 3 TLBLs, 3 Prisms, and 3 MSMs (Make Shift Missiles), as in expendable Vypers, should suffice. I can put some serious hurt on hordes. When I need to I can outflank with the Autarch and get some side and rear armor shots with the Shuriken Cannons before dropping some major hurt with blast markers. I don't know, my Eldar skills are rusty  Let me know what you think!

For those of you who agree that I lack AT firepower, I present to you. . .List 2

I lose two vehicles but gain a dedicated AT unit. Let me know which list you think is better :D

I'd totally go for 2 units of FDs since you have nothing else to bust up armor.

2 units of FDs in Serpents, 2 units of DA in Falcons (sit back and shoot while scoring), Prism, DA or Storm Guardians in another Serpent, Vypers as needed. A Farseer would be more useful than an Autarch.

I like your first list. It's different to most eldmech armies I have seen doing the rounds.

things to consider
vypers work well with scatter lasers as that keeps them out of range. How ever yours could work as escorts to serpents the plan being that your opponent will target the serpents not the vypers. If this turns out to be the case you my be able to drop vyper spirit stones.

on serpents you may want to drop the bright lance for missle launchers. the blast can be fired deffensively in addition to your cannons. this is a cheaper option though does lose you the lance rule.

your DA have no exarch it may be worth some math hammer on this. they are only likley to get 1 round of shooting in so often blade storm is a good investment. This may mean dropping a DA or two plus some of the above to fit them in. But your playing eldar so you will never have enough points.

if your paranoid about anti tank remember you can always ram! just avoid doing it with troops on board.

Your aurarch has no upgades. if your still worried about tanks a fusion gun is a good option. power weapon and madi blasters are often seen on mine ( see below)

I think the biggest problen your army has is no close combat. This is a problem if you have to shift opponent off objectives. Though codexs are getting these bonus the eldar list has no way of affecting opponents leadership other than cc and few ways of ignorong cover saves ( none in your list). If you fail to blast your opponent off objective and if your opponent has taken leadership measures only a decivise round of cc will shift them.

happy crimbo

That looks much improved, nice one.

Thanks.

Upon another revision, I'm going to eat up those last 3 points by downgrading the Twin-Linked Starcannon to a Twin-Linked Eldar Missile Launcher, then add another Storm Guardian, taking the squad from 11 to 12, including the Warlock.
