Not sure why you're bothering with the Khan. I've seen him as more useful when you can outflank units in transport but you don't have anything in transports. You can just as easily use a generic Captain on Bike and outfit accordingly.

Yup, absolutely right.

I'd guess the plan is to use the bikes to protect the dreads that can shoot everything to bits whilst the MoF repairs any damage they take... I'd still consider taking CC weapons on a couple of dreads, they're just not killy enough without them in CC and they will get charged at some point.

Just go for a Biker Captain over Khan, combat tactics is mighty useful.

Drop the TLLC/ML in favor of TLAC, multi-meltas ruin heavy armor better.

Ditch the Servitors and split up your biker units to get more melta out there (more Attack Bikes).
