Ok, we knew what won games in the old codex - Big Bugs!!
Or to be more specific - Carnifexes with T7 and cheap T6s while termagaunts held a couple of objectives.

We know that is no longer an option with the new codex.

So what does a winning list need?
2/3s of games are objective, so your list needs to be able to hold 2 objectives, and contest 3 more. It also needs to have a medium/low Kill Point count.

HQ
- Tyranid Prime, Lash Whip + Bone Sword, Scything Talons = 95

Elite
- Zoanthropes x3
in Mycetic Spore with Stinger Salvo = 230

- Hive Guard x 3 = 150

Troops
- Tyranid Warriors x 3 armed with Talons x2 = 90

- Termagaunts x 10 = 50

- Tervigon, Regeneration = 190

Fast

- Harpy =160

Heavy

- Trygon Prime = 240

- Tyrannofex, regeneration, rupture cannon = 295

TOTAL - 1500 / 9 Kill Points (plus grown termagaunts)

Tactics - 2 main bases (Tervigon and Tyrannofex with Warriors) over 2 Objectives, while other troops disrupt opponents.
Harpy stays on edges, only striking on key points, or to draw troops from the key points.

As far as I know, the Mycetic Spore is worth a KP as well so you have 10.
I'd remove the regeneration from the Tyrannofex and get Talons and Claws for the Warriors. Use the freed points for toxin sacs and katalyst for the Tervigon.
The FNP is pretty useful and the toxin is transferred to all termagaunts within 6".

Eh, too schizophrenic. You've got Podding/DS, meatballing, flying, foot assault, and not much to really make it into a cohesive force.

Pick a theme and run with it.
