Visual Scavanga Hunt - Looking for Assistance

Hey Fellow Wargamers!

My friends and family and I take part in a trvia kontest every year that happends in Feb. When we register we get a buncha pics they'll ask q's about during the event. There's no prizes, just braggin' rights and fun to be had amongst all the teams. We can research these things as much as we want before hand and we've gotten quite a few.

We're down to the last couple and I'm wondering of anyone here could help. We don't know what they'll ask, but we look for anything possble related to the shots below.

People have mentioned Thatcher, E. Roosevelt, and Oscar Wilde as possiblities. We haven't been able to confirm any of them.
