Scouts 4 with sergeant
all with sniper rifles

So each HQ will go with a Sternguard, vulkan makes them twinlinked and Pedro makes them scoring. Razorbacks for fire support and scouts to take out MC and pin units.

What do you think?

Umm cant u only have the twin linked flamers OR the scoring Sterngaurd ?

regardless of how much you benefit from the independant characters, your list lacks any strong close combat capabilities.

off the top of my head, 5 sternguard in that razorback is what ~200 pts? 5 ss/th termies instead would add a decent punch to this list.

i've always found that 10 sternguard in a drop pod with 2 heavy flamers and 3 or so combi-meltas always did the trick... you drop them between a large infantry squad and a vehicle. you can usually do serious damage to both, because you can combat squad them in half after they jump out of the pod before shooting :D

now i want to hear you justify crimson fist sternguard with vulkan's gear :D :p

you got it right with tac squads in rhinos but 3 may be a bit much, unless you're a defensive player.

scouts are a waste of points imho i would use their points to buy 2 or 3 more terminators

other than that a pretty solid list
