I like your list. However, you are off by 10 Points. Your list is 1510.

You can make a couple simple tweeks.

I'd Drop one Terminator. 40 points.

Then change:
tactical 10, 1 flamer, 1 missle launcher
sergeant with power weapon and combi-Melta
Rhino

to:
Tactical Squad
10 Marines, Power Weapon, Flamer, Missile Launcher
Dedicated Transport: Razorback w/ Twin-Linked Assault Cannons

Those 10 points, give the Drop Pod a Locator Beacon. Your Terminators are going to need that.

I'd also Ditch the Hv Flamer on the Land Speeder, and one combi-melta from the Sternguard. Take a Teleport Homer on one of the Tactical Squads.

List Should look something like this:

This list gives you options where to put Vulkan. Personally, I think inside the Assault Cannon Razorback is the way to go. You have the teleport homer in a different transport. Then you have the Locator Beacon. Then you have Sternguard.

That makes 4 transports that all have a relatively high priority to shoot. Confuse your opponent!

actually instead of dropping that 8th terminator you could drop the land speeder which would then also give you the the twenty points to put a weapons choice on the rhino for your first tactical squad.

Looking at this again, I also think that Switching a combi-melta/flamer to the actual weapon in the Sternguard would probably be worth while. If the Sternguard are used properly, either of those weapons will be able to fire multiple times.

Interesting list.

If you haven't already bought all the models in your list, then I suggest some changes.

1) The most important change I recommend is getting a land raider to transport Vulkan and the terminators. You NEED to get those terminators into combat and it's easy enough for your opponent to avoid 8 models on foot.

2) In my experience you only need 2 tactical squads in 1500 points. I also like to have the same weapon set ups for both squads. Plasma Cannon/Meltas are the weapons that have worked the best for me for the last year or so.

3)Sternguard don't work as well as you think. After all, they all only have the survivability of a normal 15 point MEQ body for over twice the cost.

Here is my list that may give you some ideas:
Vulkan
5 thunderhammer terminators
Land Raider Redeemer w/ multimelta
2 Dreadnoughts w/ assault cannons -> Until I buy some autocannon arms
2 tac squads w/ melta & plasma cannon in rhinos
3 land speeders w/ multimeltas & Heavy flamers
