2000pt Speed Freak list (lots of shots)

Okay, so I'm doing a new army over the summer and the idea of a speed freak marine list really appealed to me (I don't like the new BA dex but I wanted a fast army). This is what I've come up with, unsure of what chapter to do but I think the list is coming along nicely. The strategy is basically to abuse the high amount of shooty (assault cannons, typhoon launcher and hellfire rounds) coupled with the ability to get into position quickly. C&C is desired.

I would give one of the razorbacks a twinlinked lascannon or a lascannon plasma combo. Just for the heavy fire and the range.

That's an idea actually, it would cost the same as the Assault Cannon so I could switch them out pretty liberally. I put the cannons in because they can shoot at anything and I have the multi-meltas to handle tanks (if I absolutely run out of speeders I can just try to rend). But the lascannons might be interesting to try...
