How does one write for the front page?

As far as I can tell from Yorkie's posts, he just puts them up here and likely contacts the admins about putting them on the front page. Might be worth posting it up here, that way you can get a little feedback and tweaking before popping it on the front page.

Plus it gives us somewhere convenient to avoid the trolls in the front page comments. :P
