new space marine army help

i have recently made a good sized space marine army . im kinda stuck on how i want to run it , here is a list of what i have so far any help would be great

10 man tactical sq sgt. plasma pistol , power weapon , plasma gun

if anyone has some good advice for me im open for suggestions . i am also been looking into getting a land raider and a term unit on which ones im not sure strongly leaning towards redeemer and assult terms . also i play against tau and deamons ( khorne and tzneetch)
