Lots of Guardsmen

So I was going through the Guard codex the other day, and I decided to throw together a 1500 pt list of nothing but guard infantry, just to see what it would look like. Here's what I ended up with:

Again, just for fun, I don't have anything like enough guardsmen for a list like this, but if I did, I'd gunline up the lascannon squads, outflank Al'Rahem's bunch (as required), and blob up the other flamer platoon for some objective-grabbing anti-infantry goodness, all with orders liberally interspersed as necessary.

So, how would you do this better? Feel free to mix up the list, but no vehicles are allowed!
