dwarf lord on shield and killing blow

So I was working up a new list and looked at the amor rune of preservation. And I thought did I see the old rule of unit strength min. to qualify. So I started looking.

I can't find it. Did Dwarf Lords on shield bearers lose immunity to Killing Blow under the new rules? Thanks for the help!

sadly it would appear so, in the FAQ the ? was asked if a dwarflord on shieldbearers still counted as infantry and the answer was yes. Which means no more free immunity for killing blow :(
