Between the license running out and shipping companies raising the prices on shipping by a packages volume, Palladium has officially said that Wave Two of their Kickstarter won't be happening.

Update regarding getting existing product in exchange for stuff you hadn't received:

Kinda of a shame really. Maybe some other company will be able to get the license and be able to do something with it.
