It's quite old. The GW website has had the July 4th date up for weeks.
It's been on the front page of this site for weeks mate. They haven't stopped posting about it.
Oh. My bad. Most likely over looked due to the fact it didn't really make me care till the models started to leak online ^_^
PDFs are up as of 7/3 at 8:30pm.
