"Scrap Metal"
1000pts + 1000 points 40k Doubles tournament,

Saturday 23rd August 2014,
by "PIGMAR" club, at The Salisbury Club, London Road, Bath, BA1 6AB, England, UK

Scrap Metal will consist of 3 games of 40k 7th edition Doubles 1000pts + 1000pts, all games played on a six foot by four foot table with pre-arranged scenery.
Registration 09.30am and results announced at 19.30hrs BST
Your Team's first opponent will be selected randomly after registration, and all following games using the Swiss system, so leading players Teams play other leading players Teams.

Allies of Convenience
For "Scrap Metal", ALL Team players are treated as "Allies of Convenience" as per the Allies matrix in 40k rulebook page 126 and page 127.
This means Yes you can partner with Tyranids or Necrons or etc, but NO your psychic powers will not affect whatever army is your partner in your Team and NO you cannot lead or join units of your Team partner etc.
All players are restricted to the use of a single Codex, so Allies within your 1000pts are not available.

Standard "Combined Arms Detachment" (40k Rulebook page 122) EXCEPT NO "Lords of WarW and NO "Formations" and only a maximum of 100pts per Team of two people on "Fortifications"

The tournament is open to all commers and costs just £10 per person.
All PIGMAR events (including this one) are NOT "Rankings HQ" events.
