Chanderzz - The skin is pretty easy to do... prime white, a thin Elysiun Green base, a few Agrax Earthshade washes, each one a little more diluted than the last, then some highlights (I think I used some lighter greens like Nurgling or Straken Green). Then once done a very light wash of some Agrax again and some Secret Mini Sewer Water in the dark recesses as well.
Got the Obliterators about done.

You may try building up layers with your washes to get a nasty, diseased look. Secret Weapon's Sewer Water wash is really good for Nurgle stuff, I love the results. I also find that priming white actually helps make a mini look nastier once you apply some washes. It pops a little more and you can see the effects a little better.
Got some Plague Zombies done. A LOT more to go though!
