Necron Warlord Trait Sautekh

I've noticed the wording on the Sautekh warlord trait is different than Imperial Guard, Tau, and Deathwatch's traits to gain them back.

Tau and Deathwatch both specify one roll per strategem used regardless of cost.
Guard specify rolling for each command point spent.
The Necron trait says each time a command point is spent on a strategem.

Is it supposed to be for each command point or for each strategem??

My confusion comes from the fact that they already had a perfectly worded way of rolling per command point spent so why would they change it unless they meant something different.
