What has Gamesworkshop done with the preposed PDF's

I believe a pile of PDF's were sent to Gamesworkshop on the understanding that they would be considered as rules updates.

Has there been a response from them?

The PDF's I believe were sent from people connected to the Tactical Command Forums and are excellent I'd love to see them incorporated into the standing rules.

They included rules for themed Chaos fleets, Themed Ork Clan fleets, Make Space Marine fleets more flexible and Including Inqusitoral Fleets.

The last thing I heard was it was rejected by GW. I am not sure if things have happened since or if there are some sort of negotiations happening or something.

Sad, Sad times.
