I am thinking all mech. 20 banshees in wave serpents. 10 fire dragons in wave serpents. A seer council in a falcon. and 2 prisms.

Do Eldar jetbikes get the 6 " assault move if they turbo boosted?

You are taking way to many points in your HQ. I run a farseer with 2 powers and a autarch for 82 points. That lets you beef up other units.
