Greetings all,
it has been a while but i just needed to express my appreciation for the Betrayal at Calth box, specifically the dreadnaughts.
I got me two boxes, mainly to get a bunch of grunts to...
I like to run him with the relic jp, a power sword and bolt pistol with a unit of vanguard vets and Dante. Really good against intercepting Tau riptide pie plates that nuke a unit like that upon...
here my take on the deredo dread, used a venerable dread kit, autocannons from the aegis line box, typhoon lauchers from the land speeder kit and magna grapple for the targeting system and to sneak...
here an old skool imperial assassin painted up as everybodies fave merc.

well, i am not sure that we would see them any less, i would welcome making my CM a LOW and run 2 libbies as HQs. might not have a big doodad but still suits me just fine.
reminds me a bit of the Kaban machine. Very cool.
Say it ain't so! I have been holding out on buying the 7th ed rules because I want to get the BA+Orks starter box!
Awesome work!
i wonder if the tracks could also be used to make some bada$$ A.M. praetorians.
hmm, methinks maybe the question is not how much to paint a miniature but how to paint a miniature. adding detail should not ruin the model, it should enhance it.
very well done, very intricate yet weathered and worn looking.
Hello all, hope you all enjoy this GK libby, kitbashed from a Space Hulk Librarian and some GK bitz.
C+C welcome.

Very characterful conversion, very awesome paint job. kudos.
is the shield an actual target or is it a protective feature that the covered unit can make use of?
a titan has the same kind of shields but if a unit shoots at it then do you roll to penetrate...
Battlefleet Gothic is the game 40k should be, simple, elegant and relying on strategy and tactics, not on cheese and gimmicks. And because it is so perfect it went the way of the dodo bird, once the...
it is a picture on a piece of cardboard with a plastic stand. i do not believe it qualifies as a "model" in any sense of the word.
10 man squad of BA vanguard vets with 4x storm shield and melta bombs. their heroic intervention allows them to charge after deep striking, descent of angels means 1D6 scatter and by not arriving...
Easy now, I never said it was the best way to deal with nid fliers, just one of the more awesome I could imagine. :)
Big nid player myself, but flying wise I will not field anything but a flyrant,...
just thought of an awesome combo, a SM/Tau army is fighting nids. space marine libby casts enfeeble on harpy or crone, a Tau marker light hits the nid flier, fails grounding test, takes ST9 hit,...
the BR sybol is a decal. but great work nonetheless, BR have a nice color combo and you make it look really great. kudos.
maybe a bit of that white around the decal would make it less obvious.
very nice, love the colors and execution.
maybe just a small frame to go with the regular fex set? i mean, the normal set already has a head with a busted eye socket.
well, a long time ago someone commented on my RED bloodletters: those look too uniform, they are chaos demons, so they should look more chaotic, like purple, orange, green and all mixed together!
...
War is hell! But look at it this way, if you play the chaos side in DV against the dark angels you can never really loose. if you loose it is because of the uneven points, so it does not really...
like when a unit gets affected by the psi power terrify.
to me it looks like that is the case, each time the unit gets hit by it they test and might run.
