Stripping paint off plastic, I use Dettol leave them in the undiluted dettol for about 6hours then scrub off the paint with an old toothbrush.

I made a couple of changes, from suggestions people have made and my own doubts about the skin colour.

The skin colour was tbh a right royal pain in the ar5e to do and to me didnt look that great....
