Makes me almost want to start playing Crons.
My change to grenades would be as followed.
In any assault phase a model may use one type of grenade/bomb for free. If a model gives up all it's attacks it may use a second grenade/bomb. Any...
I guess you missed this

Out of the top 16 players half was Grey Knights, in the next round they were 4 out of the 8 and in...
Ok I will concede that since I don't play where you do. But by your own admittance in a tournament you can expect the play horde armies or people who are new. Trust me nothing pisses a player off...
Agreed, I find it very doubtful that it will be closely detailed in any HH books.
While like you, I like 2k games better, the whole nation pretty much plays 1750-1850.
Here's why:
1. Time: I read your answer, but you have to realize is that most tournaments run from the...
I don't have a rule book in font of me, but I don't think ICs can join units of 1.
Chexmix, what part of "nurgle themed" list don't you get??
I have tried using dreads in the past and they are terrible. They fire frenzy 2" from the enemy or assault when you want them to shoot....
Rending on the BC is there for wound allocation. I believe that fateweaver allows you to reroll all saves.
How many points are you paying to be 16% more durable??
My only advice would be to drop Ironhide the on DPs. They have a 4+ invul they don't really need the 3+ armor. Your army doesn't have a lot of mobility, I would give the DPs wings instead.
I think it's a solid list and would give it a couple of play tests to tweek it here or there to see what works for you.
Yeah, I tried warriors, being only T4 with a 4+ save pretty much negates all...
I would go for 4 units, it gives you more flexibly.
I play with this build all the time, the only addition is have a Tyranid prime with the Swarm lord.
When I play I only deploy the 2 units.

I find most people forgiving when it comes to the minor upgrades like that, just as long as you tell them ahead of time.
Yup, fair enough :D
My problem with the fex is on average you will only hit with 1 shot per turn, then factor in the fact that we will be towards the back of the field so the enemy will be getting a 4+ cover negating...
I run a very similar list and I find the Trygon prime much better than the Tyrannofex. With it's speed or DS it gets right in the enemy's face and messes them up big time.
I also find a unit of...
I think we was referring to the fact that the Seeker squads are so big, that will will scatter into things. Have you thought about 3 squads of 6?
Probably add some more meat to my various armies.
BTW this was my 10th post!!!
I would definitely go cheap on these. Because if GW ever gets around to releasing a mini for them, you will probably wind up replacing them.
Woohoo!!
I thought the 3rd Abnet Inquisitor trilogy was supposed to be a brand new Inquisitor. Either way great news!!
I finally signed up for the forums for this!
Yup. :)
Have yet to find a Nid player who can make Harpies work. I love Trygons though, DSing them is the best, they don't mishap and can pour out shots when they pop up!
