I do believe you have posted in the wrong section. The Oubliette is further down the page as is Wargame Corporate Discussion. This is WFB general discussion, and clearly not Fantasy related in any...
It's not a Supplement. It is like Death from the Skies. "Official" rules for standard 40k games. If you look at the book, it clearly states it is adding the Lords of War slot to the force org chart....
I clicked on other, but it would also be a mash up of races working together. I have 2 ideas I want to share. First being enslavers, allowing you to take different units from different books as...
We use kitchen timers instead of Chess clocks at our LGS. They work just as well. Easy to start and stop and relatively cheap to boot!

Has anyone read the HH book The Outcast Dead? In that book, the Unification Wars are mentioned. Ulleam the Red is the Prince of Albyon. Albyon being Britian and Uleam the Red is a play on William the...
Try googling Albanian dusk raiders. You get your answers.
Uilliam the Red is from Albyon in the fluff, which is clearly England. Also Albania is as old as Greece and Roman. It just wasn't a Rebublic until later in history. Albania has been a region since...
Have you thought about the Republic of Albania? Refers to the greeks and Macedonians (scientists/warriors) Their flag is a double headed eagle. In Medieval Greek, the country's name variants...
Do you play a Slaan.Magic Heavy list, or do you use lots of Saurus, perhaps skinks? If a magic build is what you run, then Dwarves would be diametrically opposed. If you play large blocks of Saurus...
Your looking at about $50-150 a miniature, depending on the buyer. Thats realistic. I've seen them go as high as 400-500 on E-bay, but its not common and those were new, unpainted in mint condition.
As a TO, I have yet to hear that GW has stop retailer tournament support. Is this new? Rumors I hear are that they are actually going to increase it.
I think it truely depends on the monster. Hydras are SUPER good. Giants, however, not so much. It depends on utilit. Giants are only good for combat where a cygor is a stonethrower and mage...
The Luminarck is good but is a target in itself. Sure it can stay in the back, but then falls pray to ambushers such as forgers and miners. I think the days of the empire gunline are coming to a...
I think that it will increase the use of large monsters for some armies. If you can bring 3 to 4 large monsters to bear, then you will most likely do so now because now Empire (and possibly Dwarves)...
No, you do not have to go to their stores. They are not cutting Prize support from LGS, just larger Indie tournies. Well, at least for now.
From what I understand, most tournaments aren't meant to make money. Most are run by gamers for gamers. Its about playing the game and making new friends. Why would GW try to alienate the masses....
I agree about the shoddy run GW tournies. They also have lost some people that were running them. But why pull support from people who are doing them right?
I have a friend who runs two large indie events. He recently received a letter informing him that after May, GW will be pulling his prize support for his events to focus on smaller, in-store events....
Sweet, those demigryphs will make a sweet conversion for Howling griffons on mounts....
For a new player, I think Lizardmen are a great starter army. They look awesome. They are resilient enough to make up for Newbie mistakes and they have something to do in every phase of the game to...
I concur that lizards are a great army, completely opposite of Orcs. Cold Blooded for leadership makes them rock hard and they can do something great in every phase.
I'm hoping some of the other Badab Wars characters turn out as well as these did. They are amazing.
Wow! Amazing stuff, I love the conversions. Great fluff as well.
You should keep it all. It is good to have options.
I am excited about the new paints. However, I think it is a little late. Vallejo has made much of the same products for years. It will be interesting to see the comparison.
