Personally I did my Nagash as skeleton with little blue blinks on the eyes. ( you can check that) I don't like the idea with whole body glowing. I'm fan of natural painting so for me first option is...

I love this models so hard so I've painted them in one day and I was crying when i realised that I was painting them for sell :(...
